Selling 1 million copies is no longer profitable enough for a videogame

Todd Greenwald, an analyst with Signal Hill Group, has published an interesting report which contains detailed statistics on video game sales and aion kinah and which states that sell a million copies is not enough for them to be profitable.
The analyst, in fact, questions that Red Dead Redemption achieved to reach more than 2 million units sold, since Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, similar cut, stayed in the 900,000 copies.
